Epoxies, Etc. has developed three (3) 2-part epoxy adhesives to meet the stringent needs of the SMT Stencil Manufacturing industry:
Part #10-3022 is a two-part room temperature curing adhesive that is designed to be used in either bonding of polyester mesh to aluminum frames or for bonding stainless steel foil to polyester mesh. Available in White, Gray or Green .
Part #10-3028 is a two-part room temperature curing adhesive that is designed to be used in either bonding of polyester mesh to aluminum frames or for bonding stainless steel foil to polyester mesh. It available in Gray only. This system is dersigned to survive in higher operating temperatures. (Up to 180 degrees F)
Part #10-3217 (Formerly Known as 110706) is a two-part room temperature curing adhesive that is designed to be used in bonding stainless steel foil to polyester mesh. It available in Gray only. It has superior adhesion to stainless steel and high nickel alloys. It also has improved flexibility. This product has proved to be successful in bonding to stainless steel smt stencils without the use of bonding holes.
